Simple Installation Guide

1. Safety & Cooling Protocol
Park on level ground, power off the vehicle, and turn off all light switches. Allow the headlight assembly to cool for 5–10 minutes.

Note: T03’s headlight housings are compact; allowing the unit to cool ensures the plastic components remain stable and prevents accidental burns while reaching into the confined engine bay.

2. Accessing the Housing
Open the hood and locate the rear dust cover. Rotate the cover counter-clockwise to remove.

Critical Tip: Keep the work area clean. Because the T03 is a city-commuter vehicle, the engine bay is often exposed to urban road dust. Prevent any debris from entering the housing, as internal reflection is vital for a small-housing headlight.

3. Removing the Factory Halogen
Grip the bulb base, rotate counter-clockwise, and withdraw. Unplug the harness by pressing the locking tab.

Note: Do not pull by the wires. The harness clips on the T03 are designed for a tight fit; ensure the tab is fully depressed to avoid damaging the factory wiring.

Verification: Check for a clean, horizontal cut-off line against a wall about 3-5 meters away. If the light appears "scattered," verify that the bulb base is fully seated in the locked position.
