Our warehouse and partner assembly lines are located right inside the primary automotive aftermarket district in Guangzhou. This puts us next door to the material suppliers, molding shops, and international shipping agents. Because we are physically on-site here, we can handle quality inspections on short notice and move completed orders directly to the loading docks without waiting days for domestic transit.
SMT Chip Placement
Standard automotive LED bulbs often fail under the unique voltage and heat profiles of electric vehicles. Because of this, we assemble our own circuit boards using automated SMT machines.
Soldering Quality: The machines place and solder every single LED chip and micro-component exactly onto the circuit board traces.
No Loose Connections: This precise machine soldering ensures the electrical contacts hold up tightly against constant road vibrations.
Glue Sealing & Leak Tests
Water leaking and internal lens fogging are the main reasons car lamps get ruined. We focus heavily on the sealing stage to prevent this.
Dust Protection: We do the final gluing and seal the outer lens to the housing in a clean, walled-off area so dust and dirt don't get trapped inside.
Air-Pressure Test: We don't just visually check the glue line. Every single finished lamp goes onto an air-pressure tester to verify the seal is 100% airtight before moving to packing.
3-Step Light Tests
We don't do random spot checks or guess on quality. Before any car lamp goes into its cardboard box, the batch must pass these three physical tests:
Camera Board Scan: We run the circuit boards under a camera scanner before sealing the housing. This scanner instantly catches loose solder joints or tiny connection gaps that workers might miss with their own eyes.
Wall Beam Check: We power up the lamps directly against our warehouse testing walls. We look at the actual beam line to make sure the light cuts off exactly where it should, so it gives good road view without blinding drivers coming the other way.
Hours of Burn Testing: We plug the completed lights into our testing racks and leave them turned on for hours. This long burn test lets us catch any flickering, sudden dimming, or overheating, so we can throw out any weak units right here in Guangzhou.
