How We Inspect Your Cargo Before It Leaves Guangzhou

We do not leave quality to luck or rely on random spot checks. Since electric vehicle lamps use sensitive LED circuits and operate on tight electrical networks, minor flaws can cause major complaints. Every batch of car lamps goes through three practical inspection stages before we pack them into your container:

Stage 1: Automated SMT Board Inspection
Before the lamp housing is sealed, we use automatic camera scanners to check the LED circuit boards. This ensures every small micro-component and LED chip is perfectly soldered, preventing circuit failures or loose connections caused by rough road vibrations.

Stage 2: 100% Air-Pressure Leak Testing
Lens fogging and water leaking are the biggest reasons aftermarket lamps fail. To eliminate this issue, our partner lines use proper gluing stations. Once assembled, every single lamp assembly goes through an air-pressure leak test to confirm the glue seal is completely airtight. If it leaks even a little, it is rejected immediately.

Stage 3: Hours of Burn-In Stress Testing
We don't just look at the lights; we turn them on. Every batch is kept powered on for extended hours on our testing racks. We actively monitor the lights to catch any overheating, voltage fluctuations, or flickering. During this stage, we also test the beam shape against our wall charts to guarantee a clean, correct cut-off line that won’t blind oncoming traffic.

Our Packing Guarantee
During the final staging in our Guangzhou warehouse, our packing staff double-checks the OEM numbers, bracket styles, and part directions (Left vs. Right) against your packing list. We make sure everything is sorted, labeled, and palletized properly so you receive exactly what you ordered with zero mistakes.
